Welcome to Arboria. By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, downloading our free cheatsheet, or using any of our tools, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We've written them in plain English so they're easy to understand.

1. WEBSITE USE

Our website is here to share what we're working on and to connect with people who are interested in beginner electronics and maker projects. A few things to keep in mind:

• Everything on our website reflects our current intentions and plans. Nothing here is a confirmed product offering, a guaranteed launch date, or a binding commitment. We're an early-stage company actively building, and things may change.

• We're sharing our journey as we go — please don't rely on our website content for purchasing, investment, or business decisions.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or take down any part of the website at any time, without prior notice.

• Please use our website respectfully. You must not attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape its content without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. WAITLIST

Joining our waitlist means you're letting us know you're interested in what we're building. We really appreciate that. Here's what signing up does (and doesn't) mean:

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that we will launch a product, that you will receive any product, or that you will receive any priority access or special pricing.

• Whether we proceed with production depends entirely on demand, logistics, and our own business decisions. We may or may not launch — and we'll be honest with you either way.

• We make no guarantee of shipping availability to any specific country or region. Our ability to fulfil orders will depend on demand levels, logistics feasibility, and our operational capacity at the time. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee we can ship to your location.

• If and when we have updates — whether that's a launch, a delay, or a decision not to proceed — we will communicate this to you via the email address you provided.

• By ticking the agreement checkbox on our form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3. FREE CHEATSHEET

We offer a free downloadable PDF called "Electronics Basics for Beginners." Here's how it works:

• The cheatsheet is for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share it publicly in any form.

• You may not use it as the basis for creating derivative works, adapted versions, or any other content that builds on our original material.

• All intellectual property rights in the cheatsheet remain with Arboria.

• We reserve the right to discontinue the cheatsheet or update its contents at any time.

4. PIXEL ART CONVERTER TOOL

We host a free pixel art converter tool on GitHub Pages as a resource for makers and electronics beginners. Here's what you should know before using it:

• The tool is provided free of charge, on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee its availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

• We may modify, restrict, or discontinue access to the tool at any time — including if we introduce a paid or gated version in the future.

• Arboria owns all intellectual property in the tool itself, including its logic, design, and underlying code. However, any output code you generate using your own original images belongs to you.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any image you upload or process through the tool. If you upload copyrighted material without authorisation, that is your responsibility — not ours.

• Arboria is not liable for any loss, damage, or project failure that results from use of the tool or its output.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our site or tools after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
